WE Riders: We're doing a project to try to find West and East Oakland.
GOB: Are you looking for the neighborhood delineations or what?
WER: We're looking for conversation more than boundaries.
GOB: What I love is that East Oakland, geographically, is south---You never hear anyone talk about South Oakland!
WER: Yeah, you're right, that's true.
